Roger Troutman 1989 Studio Session

Now this is classic! If you know Zapp & Roger then you know Roger Troutman. This is a studio session where he is killing it on the vocoder. Sorry kids of this generation, T - Pain is not the first to use this effect (no knock to him though). That studio looks like a NASA control center lol! Just think Reason, Fruity Loop, Protools, etc. replaced all of that. Come to think of it, that might of killed the music industry more than anything. Although it is convenient... Nobody is a fan these days cause you can buy a $500.00 studio in a box. Or download programs for free. I digress! Anyway I'm still on my throwback s@#! today so I had to share.
